Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund •Refunds are available for items returned within 15 days of delivery. •Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. •Final sale or discounted items are not eligible for refund. ⸻ 2. How to Request a Refund •Email us at our support email with your order number and reason for return. •Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. •Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. ⸻ 3. Refund Processing •Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status. •Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. •Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. ⸻ 4. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
